Savour the taste of Sticky Honey Chai, a signature blend of spiced black tea and delectable Australian bush honey. This sticky tea, also known as 'Wet Chai,' is brewed in the same manner as leaf tea, yielding a delicious honey sweet chai straight from the teapot. For added decadence, add a splash of cold or steamed milk.
BREWING GUIDE
2 teaspoons per 300ml. Steep for 5 mins in 95°C water. Add a splash of steamed or cold milk. (Guide only, please adjust to suit personal taste).
Barista Style Latte: In a milk frothing jug, add 20g sticky honey chai tea and 200ml milk. Using a milk steamer, heat until very hot (65-70 degrees). To serve, strain through a tea strainer into mug or latte cup. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
