Contains: Australian Black Tea (70%) & Spices (30%) - (Spices = carob bits(30%), cocoa kernels(24%), chicory root, cinnamon, liquorice, black pepper, cloves, cardamom fruits, ginger, natural cinnamon bark oil, cardamom seed, nutmeg, vanilla extract, extracted vanilla bits, oak wood extract, ginger extract). 

Brew 5 - 8 minutes at 95C-100C.
